# AI voice agent case study: GoodBibee Voice | GoodBibee

> How we built GoodBibee Voice: an AI voice agent you can call from the web page, the recap text it sends after the call, and a blog that publishes itself.

# A website you can call

GoodBibee Voice is an AI voice agent that answers a business’s phone when nobody can. Right now it is aimed at HVAC and plumbing contractors. We built the agent, and a website that lets you call it from the page.

Call the demo line. The agent answers. [(629) 290-2906](tel:+16292902906)

![The GoodBibee Voice home page: the headline Your phone rings at 9pm. Who answers?, the demo number beside the main button, and a navy panel tracing one call from ring to dispatch](https://www.goodbibee.com/images/portfolio/vc/history/4886cf3-desktop-fold.webp)

## Nobody buys an AI voice agent from a description

A contractor won’t trust a phone agent because a page says it is good. They have to hear it pick up, ask the right questions and tell a burst pipe from a dripping faucet. So we built the site to put a visitor on the phone with the agent, and to text them a recap once the call ends.

## Call the AI voice agent from the page

Pick your trade and the line rings twice and answers, the way it does on the Voice site. The trade is a required first step so a contractor hears an agent set up for their kind of call.

Or call it from your phone: [(629) 290-2906](tel:+16292902906)

## What the agent does after the office closes

One night, hour by hour, as it plays on the Voice site. Each part answers the question a contractor has after five: what happens to my calls?

5:00 PM

### The office closes and the agent’s hours begin

The week is drawn hour by hour, so a contractor sees the 123 of 168 hours nobody answers the phone, and which of them a plan covers.

Try the switch.

### A gas smell reaches the on-call phone

Each call is sorted as it comes in, so the gas smell wakes someone up and the scheduling question waits for morning.

### What a night of voicemail would have cost

Of 100 missed callers, 85 hang up, 66 call the next shop and 50 book the job there, so the cost of not answering is on the page in numbers a contractor can check.

Where the call goes

1. 100
calls reach your voicemail
After-hours · concurrent · on the job · lunch and admin — the four kinds of missed call.
2. 85
hang up without leaving a message
Dashed: 15 leave a message
Voicemail introduces a wait. Emergency callers will not wait. They will not call back.
3. 66
call the next shop on the list
Dashed: 19 don’t call anyone yet
The caller is already mid-decision. The next number is two thumb-taps away.
4. 50
book the job with whoever answered
Dashed: 16 don’t book
By the time you return it, the competitor has already dispatched, quoted a price, and gotten approval.

## The text that lands on your phone after the call

After you try the demo, the agent texts you a recap of the call you just made.

We send it so a visitor who tried the demo keeps something in hand, with a link to book a call while they still remember the conversation.

## A blog that writes and publishes itself

Every Monday the blog researches what contractors search for, writes the posts and schedules them. They publish on their own through the week, and we can put any one on hold before it goes out.

We built it so the site keeps earning new searches while the team is out on a job.

## What we can build for your business

- **A website**Built around what your customers need to see or try before they call.
- **A voice agent**Answers your phone when nobody can, set up for the calls your business gets.
- **Automations**The jobs you do by hand, set up to run on their own, like the recap text and the blog on this page.

Pick one or all three. We start with a short call about your business, then show you a plan before anything is built.
